H.E. Rath Sovannorak, Assistant Governor and Director General of Banking Supervision, said that “there is a link between financial inclusion and financial stability and currently it has become a cornerstone of economic activities. In the case of Cambodia, this requires data availability and adequate resources for the monitoring and evaluation framework to ensure effective and timely implementation of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy 2019-2025.”
